Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Answira Inference API ("Service") provided by Answira ("we", "us", "our"), based in the Czech Republic.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Answira provides an API for large language model inference. The Service includes:

• Access to AI models via OpenAI-compatible API endpoints
• Text generation, chat completion, and related AI capabilities
• Streaming and non-streaming response modes
• Tool/function calling capabilities

The Service is hosted on infrastructure located in the Czech Republic, European Union.

3. Account and API Keys

To use the Service, you must:

• Obtain valid API credentials from us
• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your API keys
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are suspected of misuse.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Generate content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is billed based on token usage:

• Input tokens: $0.475 per million tokens
• Output tokens: $2.00 per million tokens

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current pricing is always available at our website.

Payment terms will be established in your service agreement.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Apply rate limiting during high load periods
• Perform maintenance with or without notice

7. Data Processing

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to:

• Input content you provide to the Service
• Output content generated by the Service based on your inputs

We retain all rights to the Service itself, including the API, documentation, and underlying technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any content generated by the AI models

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Answira from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
