- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Defamatory, harassing, or threatening content targeting individuals
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messages
- Disinformation or deliberately false content intended to deceive
Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or steal model weights
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions
- Use the API for any automated decision-making that significantly affects individuals without human oversight
- Impersonate individuals, organizations, or AI systems without disclosure
- Generate content for use in legal proceedings without disclosure of AI involvement
- Create content for academic submissions without proper attribution
- Attack or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
High-Risk Use Cases
The following use cases require explicit approval and additional safeguards:
- Healthcare: Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decisions
- Legal: Legal advice or document preparation for legal proceedings
- Financial: Financial advice, credit decisions, or trading
- Critical Infrastructure: Systems controlling utilities, transportation, or safety-critical equipment
- Law Enforcement: Surveillance, criminal investigations, or predictive policing

Disclosure Requirements
When using AI-generated content in certain contexts, you must disclose that AI was involved:
- Public-facing content presented as factual reporting
- Customer service interactions where users expect human agents
- Academic or research publications
- Legal documents or proceedings
Rate Limiting and Fair Use
To ensure fair access for all users:
- Implement reasonable request rates and respect rate limits
- Use exponential backoff when receiving 429 (Too Many Requests) responses
- Do not attempt to circumvent throttling mechanisms
- Do not use the Service in a way that degrades performance for others
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent Termination: For severe violations or repeated offenses
- Legal Action: For violations involving illegal activity
We reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for severe violations, particularly those involving illegal content or activities.
